Hi everyone out there! Today is the first day of blogging, and hopefully the first of many. I am very new to this, so please bear with me as I work through the kinks.
My name is Diana, and I have been a card maker for as long as I can remember. When we were kids, making cards for holidays and thank-you's were the norm. I took it a step further and made cards for "sale", with my bedroom closet being the store.
I stopped making cards as I got older, but my mom gave me a rubber stamp and ink pad for a gift when I was in my twenties. It sat in my desk drawer for the longest time because I didn't know what to do with it! Several years later, a girlfriend showed me a card she made with a rubber stamp.
The rest is history.
I've showed a lot of folks how to stamp, and not the least of which is my best friend Tami. We both worked in the same office for a while, and discovered we both had a love for paper crafting. She showed me the scrapbooking world, and I showed her the rubber stamping world.
The rest is history, again.
With the internet, the scrapping and stamping blogosphere, there is nothing that can't be learned. I LOVE to see other people's interpretations of rubber stamping and paper crafting. With this blog, I hope to share a bit of what I have learned and share some of my inspirations along the way too.
Hopefully, the rest will be history.
See you soon folks!
~Diana
