Lots of new stuff to tell...

So busy with the end of the school year approaching.  But I still had time to do something incredible - learn about Copic!  I was fortunate to be able to attend Copic's Standard and Intermediate Certification classes.  Amazing.  So many techniques and tidbits, and I feel like I'm looking at my markers in a whole new way.  Pics to come.
And something different and fun at the end of this week. More to come about that on Friday!
See you soon!

  1. Hi Diana, just saw your craft room on Craftaholics Anonymous and I like what you did with your desks. I'm creating a craft and sewing room but can't seem to decide on what to use for my desks although I know I want to shop Ikea! Could you explain to me what pieces you bought so I can see if it would help me? Thanks for your time,I think your layout might work for me but I'm having trouble counting the legs of your tables!

    1. Hi Patti, thanks for stopping by! So many table legs, I know, right? I have two long tables back-to-back in the center of the room and one short table on either side of the long tables. On each table top(both long and short) I put two table legs on one end and a drawer unit on the other end. The drawers are ALEX drawer units but I don't think Ikea makes the table tops I have anymore. The closest combo I can find that's similar is LINNMON/EKBY. If you need table dimensions to help or any other questions just let me know. Good luck with your craft/sewing room!

  2. Hi, Diana! I just saw your craft room on Craftaholics Anonmous and had to tell you how much I LOVE it. Your stations are the style I would love to have (clean and white) and you get great light. I'm in the middle of changing up my craft room/office and may have to copy some of your ideas.

Welcome to the blogging world and I can't wait to see what you share.

  3. Hi! I found you through the feature on your craft room today on Craftaholics Anonymous. I LOVE your room and was wondering if you had done a YouTube video tour of it? If you haven't, would you consider doing one? I too am a paper crafter, cards, rubber stamping, Copic coloring, etc. . . And I could use some ideas for setting up my new craft room (it will be my very first dedicated craft room and I am excited). I don't have a lot to spend, but I would love to have stations like you do.

I am now following your blog and looking forward to seeing what you post next.

  4. Hi Maureen! Thank you so much for the kind words. I hadn't thought of YouTube, but I'll certainly consider it! In the meantime, please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions about the room setup. So glad to hear you'll have your own craft room (yay!!) and hope you have lots of fun setting it all up. Hope to see you back again!
